Recently conducted Workshop :
- In December 2022, 'Bhavan's Yoga Bharati's Senior Yoga Teacher Ms. Seema Saxena conducted two sessions of Health Related Workshop of 45 minutes each. These sessions were for non-teaching and housekeeping staff of A. H. Wadia school. This was necessary as they were experiencing discomfort from various health issues like knee and back pain, and the pain in the cervical region mainly due to faulty posture. They felt rejuvenated and energetic after these yoga sessions. The insight of dimensions of health and the awareness of holistic health were also given. In addition a brief introduction to diet and routine management were covered.
The Personal Development Course is a 12 hours programme for College Students.

Yoga is popularly understood as physical training and breath regulation. The internally directed focus on attitudes is the need of the hour today. It promotes the dynamic living perspectives and application of values in real life situation. The negative influence of Present-day materialism and consumerism can be balanced with the teaching of yoga values.
The short term courses in value education of 16 or 32 hours are introduced in various institutions like Engineering College, Institute of Technology and regular yoga classes are conducted in S.P Jain Institute of Management. This course imparts to the students the rich knowledge of yoga philosophy and yoga practices.
The central teaching of the yoga value education course is the study of ethical principles namely Yama and Niyama. They form the foundation of life skills and competencies like, self awareness, teamwork and communication skills.
Regular Yoga classes are conducted at A. H. Wadia School for primary and Secondary students.
As a part of the initiative of 75th Diamond jubilee year of Independent India “Bhavan’s Yoga Bharati” will conduct talks, workshops, camps and exhibitions on Mental Health Awareness.

It is a step in the direction of exploring the nature of true self and our multilayered existence. To enhance awareness of mental health one hour talk were conducted for S.P.I.T College students and Faculty, S.I.E.S College Students of “Certificate Course of Yoga Upasana”, Phd Students, Yoga teachers and Teenage College students as an initiative.
